I see that it's coming to be about that time: time to renew my Oak Leaves subscription.
There was a while when I couldn't really afford OL, but man, I missed it terribly. It's a great little Mag, with all sorts of great items in it (and, often, on it), and the various editors we've seen have done a great job adding their own touches to it here and there ever since ![[info]](http://l-stat.livejournal.com/img/userinfo.gif) cortigiana took over the editing years ago. I've also enjoyed writing for it and submitting things: speaking of, I probably ought to look at what more I can scrape together to submit here soon!

Yeah - OL needs more articles! However, I'd like to see some balance/Moderation in the number of articles from the same people. Better to write an article and then recruit 9 other good druids from various backgrounds to write interesting/quality articles. Subjects with fresh views... Thanks for your unflagging energy in supporting various ADF causes!
Actually, there was something the two of us were to scrape together, though I've been preoccupied lately...
Maybe what we need is a periodic call for articles on specific subjects. You know, like homework.
I always renew my subscription when I renew my membership- everything all at once. :-D
I've still got every issue I've received, too. It's fun to look back & re-read old articles. |
