I am the Charismatic

Charisma is a presence that excites us. It comes from an inner quality - self-confidence, sexual energy, sense of purpose, contentment - that most people lack and want. This quality radiates outward, permeating the gestures of Charismatics, making them seem extraodinary and superior. They learn to heighten their charisma with a piercing gaze, fiery oratory, an air of mystery. Create the charismatic illusion by radiating intensity while remaining detached.

Symbol: The Lamp. Invisible to the eye, a current flowing through a wire in a glass vessel generates a heat that turns into candescence. All we see is the glow. In the prevailing darkness, the Lamp lights the way.

And people are used to being chewed on for free at Gaia -- it's a fringe benefit of membership.

Well, delivery of pizza is a fringe benefit for ordering from certain stores, but that doesn't mean that you don't tip the driver, right?

Heh. I've thought of similar fund-raisers (e.g. "Buy a Druid" [no pun on your username intended] or "MJD for a weekend!"), but can't think of anyone who'd pay to have me for a weekend.

Leastways if they couldn't have their way with me. . . Besides, if a bidding war broke out over me, my ego would skyrocket. Bad for me.

Some others in my Grove, though. . . perhaps. . .

Ah, but we do have you for a weekend (give or take) coming up next month. And you have no idea what "having my way with you" would entail...I don't care all that much about the kissing thing.

You're just trying to scare me, now.

I approve :)

And I'm looking forward to figuring out what you mean by that. . .

Bringing in the cash

So how much does it cost to run a grove these days? Being completely outside the whole grove concept, I cannot relate to what sorts of expenses a grove might incur nor to what sources of income a grove may access.

Care to enlighten me?
