An update about my life? Surely you jest! (This is not the Chronarchy you are looking for.)

The other night, I was at a osu_psa meeting. It was an interesting experience, all in all. Suffice it to say that there were more important things than losing one's temper, because I was fuming going into it.

It's good to see that several of the cards I sent out brightened the day of a few LJer's. I'm not good at sending cards out, and I know I don't have half the addresses I should, but I got as many out as I could.

I had dinner on Tuesday with mistw02 after the PSA meeting, which was nice. Especially since she paid. It's a truly rare treat to have a woman buy you dinner.

Last night I had buffalo burgers with Brian. Unfortunately, they weren't what I remembered, nor were they what he remembered. Either Smokey Bones changed their supplier of Buffalo meat (and they swear they didn't), or buffalo tastes different on Wednesdays than it does on Saturdays. Either way, it wasn't near the treat I was hoping. On a bright note, the fries were actually pretty good, whereas last time they sucked ass (to put it politely).

I finished the LDG report early this quarter, so that's out of the way. Turned it in to shizukagozen and aislinggheal via email because it was requested for Oak Leaves. Apparently, my last Dance Guild report is going to stay in issue 27, which might ruffle some feathers. What fun will that be!

I need to get OL 28 editied and ready to go, and then we'll finally be back on schedule. . . if the Office prints things up on time. *grins*

And maybe we'll be able to work on getting some colour into the rag, too.

(By the way, tlachtga, that was a good article on the tripple goddess thing.)

On Tuesday I watched the Star Wars Holiday Special from 1978. All two hours of it, with 1978 commercials. What's that? You've never seen it? Never even heard of it? You know, there's probably a good reason for that. It's part action, part cartoon, part musical, part Wookies making Wookie sounds. I swear, 1/3 of the entire thing must be untranslated Wookie. But it's damn funny, if you can stomach it.

Oh, and I had a letter in the Columbus Dispatch on Monday, Jan. 10, 2005. You've all already read it, but I was amused to see that they changed the word "bitchfest" to "gripefest". Silly editorial changes.

I spent last night cuddled up with Tina, and I must say, life is damn good right about now.

But now, it's back to work, because I have a crapload to do today.
