Sounds like a fun book. I shall have to get it. I'll be in town tomorrow, so I'll do that then.

I've gotta read some Moorcock sometime. I keep hearing the name mentioned positively, and hadn't heard of him at all until the past year.

I really have to say: he's worth reading. This particular title stuck out as perfect for fred_smith
, but you'd be likely to get the same feeling of, "Wait, he's only slightly off. . ."
The book takes place in 2005, and it was written in 1969. He's frighteningly accurate about how we perceive the "other" today.
Michael Moorcock is the best! "Behold the Man" and "Gloriana" are excellent as well.
Hehe. I haven't read those two. I shall certainly have to look for them now!
