|01:40 pm - It's beautiful today.|
I love rainy days. Walking outside today, I realized that on rainy days, the world is always so much more green.
It's a beautiful thing.
If I didn't have to go back to work, I'd go sit in a mud puddle and bask in the green world around me.
And throw mud at the people passing by.
I'm such a monkey.

Monkey! Monkey! Monkey!
I'll miss you!!!!
I'll miss you too!
I refer you to the Philippine Tarsier.
I think i imagine like, a 5 inch Micheal running around, throwing mud.
much much more amusing.
If you were here, you could sit in a mud puddle & throw snowballs at people.
Which would be wonderfully surreal. :)
I'll hold out for the green, thanks; you can have the mud. And we can all pretend to be monkeys and steal the sunglasses from unsuspecting passersby. And throw poop at them. Yeah, especially the ones that still have Dubya bumper stickers on their cars. :)
Ha. The ones with Kerry on their cars are just as bad. Geez. . . election's over, get over it!
Anyone sporting an election sticker after April 1 the year after the election should have their car towed. :)
And just what do you plan to do with my car (with two Kerry stickers) when you have it towed... by you and who's army, I might also ask? Hmmmm???

it's raining and green here too.
My thoughts exactly! (Minus the monkey part.)
This morning, I ran out feeling sort of harassed, and seeing the rain just made me sigh... but then when I was walking through the start-up Buckeye Grove I saw that all of the buds were bursting open! Some of them had tufts of brilliant pale green leaves sticking out, and everything was so fecund and rich; instead of downing my mood, I totally lifted my spirit up. I also happened to be listening to Haibane Renmei music, which totally went with the rain and green. Walking to Oxley's, I saw sign after sign of new spring growth... even the tulips were so riotously bright that I actually had to rub my eyes. Mm, a lovely day for sure. I even went to my favourite area by Baker and sat out there when everybody else was hiding out inside. :)
And as for mud, it's a wonderful thing, been saying so all along.
Glad things are lookin' up. :)
And yes, you have been saying that all along about the mud.
