I've been meaning to post this. It's a paraphrase from a commercial about "good sandwiches".
dad: "Hey, Jeff!"
jeff: "Dad? What are you doing home so early?"
dad: "I'm just . . . What's that?"
dad: "Jeff, do you think I'm stupid? That's a bad sandwich!"
jeff: "Dad, I... I... I learned it from watching you, Dad! I learned it from watching you!"
Narrator: "Bad sandwiches can happen to anyone. Make sure you talk to your children about good sandwiches, like the ones at [insert whatever store it was]."
Current Mood: amused
Current Music: "Burn That Bridge", -JB
Sammiches are sacred in Britain, they can drive cars, and vote!
But can they stand for Parliament? I mean, they should be allowed to. Especially Liberal ones.
Because I think a Schlotzky's Original could represent one of the seaside resort places like Brighton or Torquay very effectively.
Hah! but would they want to?
All that time at the beach? Hell, yes! Especially if they could bring along a bag of cracked pepper crisps for company. They'd be wildly popular and probably sign autographs.
Excellent. "Vote Sandwich in 2009" how could it fail?
