|04:08 pm - My bro, all grown up *sniff*|
My brother, red_sput, is in the Portland and Seattle areas for the next few days (or weeks, or years), and looking for a job. He's got degrees in Management and Accounting from Purdue University.
Anyone know someone hiring that sort of person?

Washington Mutual is always looking for people with your brother's qualifications in Seattle. My cousin lives there and they recruited her boyfriend about a year ago.
It's a pretty big company, lots of opportunity for advancement and they are in several US locations so there's also the ability to transfer later if he wants to be somewhere else.
Yeah, I've applied to them several times already. Maybe since I am out here now, it will make more of a difference. I've never had much success on company websites though.
Well, I'm always up for a good time... *waves some cash*
XD that's so wrong.
Proud of your brother though and wish him luck. He should try careerbuilder.com!
You're hot, though, so he might take some cash for that. . .
Icing on the cake, you know.
Or, perhaps a more true metaphor, ice cream on the Anna.
Shh. We wouldn't want to perpetrate... rumors...
No, no. Not at all. That would just be so very bad of us. . .
ugh, i'm really going to assume that he does not want to work where i do. they're not hiring directly to my department (which is by far, the best dept in the building) which is the technical dept. so if he'd be willing to take payroll and get paid a whopping 11/hr as a filler job, i could try and help him get a job. although, i'm assuming he wants something that a.)pays better and b.) a job in which he is not grossly overqualified
Could you link where you work, in case he gets desperate and needs something before his cash runs out?
www.paychex.com if he tells me that he is applying, let me know b/c i could get a referral bonus if he's hired and i would split it with him
