09:22 am - Today is a good day.
Today is good. Allow me to enumerate the ways:
  1. This morning's breakfast? Blueberry muffins. The perfect breakfast.
  2. The sun is shining brightly.
  3. I made a girl blush. Hard, apparently. And there is nothing more pleasing to me than that.
  4. I got paid, which means I can take care of my cats and my car (in that order).
  5. I have good feelings about this weekend's Samhain rite.
  6. Women are, decidedly, in better supply over the past 24 hours.
  7. Tina is not, in fact, going out of town tonight, so I get to spend some time with her before she goes out tomorrow.
  8. Money looks better today than it has in months.
  9. A song that reminds me a lot of myself is playing right now.
  10. I schedule for classes again today!
  11. I'm feelin' flirty.

Yes, today is a good day.

And it's just started.

blueberry muffins are the perfect breakfast. especially when you're a small rhiannon76 and you're having them freshly baked by nana on christmas morning in connecticut, with wild blueberries that you picked over the summer on nantucket and which nana then froze and brought back to connecticut with her.

my current breakfast of choice is an apple (locally grown, of odd and tasty varieties) with peanut butter.

so whadja do to make her blush?

I think it's best if I don't say too much about it.

Suffice to say: I simply told the truth. The whole truth. As complete as I could make it.

Let's just say that it felt really, really good, and it felt like I was back where I was 4 or 5 months ago.

Except, maybe even a little better.
