|09:45 am - I miss the wino. . .|
Cuz I'm livin' on things that excite me
Be they pastries or lobster or love
Where are the things that excite me?
I don't know. I haven't for a long time.
I miss living.
This world is full of too much pushin' and shovin'.

Been yelled at once today for taking a break from work.
Not gonna get yelled at again.
Which means that I'm going to miss you today on IM. Terribly.
I'd much rather take some breaks from work with you, but I'm not allowed, apparently.
People truly yell at you-- at work? How many times have I told you that you need a new job? A better paying one too! Or maybe I only thought it and never said it. . . that does occur rather often. ;p
I just thought I would try-- it would only be for 30 minutes as I check out at 11 (your time, and mine for once). Though, it seems I will have access tonight at the next hotel until the 27th.
What has been going on... erm, never mind, I'll take this to e-mail. :D

Who's yelling at you? Should I yell at them?
I miss living too. Everything is so stressful and BLARG right now. I keep telling myself it'll get better, and I just need to push through. Methinks the same goes for you. *hugs*
From your last LJ entry:
This is the sort of thing that truly excites me in life.
I experience a great deal of pressure not to do those things.
Yeah, I know. And my parents are always going, "Don't prostitute yourself. Don't sell yourself to men!" But they have no idea how hard it is to get along these days...
Well, then get the less exciting things done or mostly done first. Catch up on sleep, read back in LJ if you intend to, wrap up loose ends in projects or conversations, read my Dedicant Journal (or not), etc, etc. Then, after being bored to DEATH for a couple of days, however long all the miscellany takes, celebrate! Go do tons of things that excite you on a cleaner slate.
Can't help you with work -- you probably shouldn't be doing anything non-work-related that excites you at work anyway :( -- but at least a weekend is coming up. Maybe that'll help!
I dunno about you, but I HAVE to find things that excite me, small though they may be.
I hope you find your excitement again.
I know what you mean; I haven't been excited about much of anything lately, either. I'm hoping next weekend will help jump start things.
If you're still unexcited by next Friday, I'll have to see what I can do on the way to Tredara. (Don't worry, it *won't* involve any tentacles...)
