From the ADF Senior Druid Questionnaire:

Question: What do you understand the difference between ADF Druidism and Wicca to be as far as polytheology and ceremony are concerned?

Answer: Wicca tends to create a "temple between the worlds", whereas ADF ritual creates a sacred center where all worlds join. Otherwise, it's difficult to say, because the word "Wicca" means so many different things to so many different people. Not all Wiccans cast circles, so that's not really a valid difference, and not all Wiccans are duotheistic, so that doesn't count either.
