hmm. . . Have you ever looked through my own DP stuff? http://www.chronarchy.com/mjournal/
Take a swing through that and see if it strikes a chord (it may or may not).
Really, I felt rather lost when I started the DP, too. I mean, really, it seemed like a lot to do, and I had never had any formal training or practice. I'd met, maybe, three Druids at that point, and they all belonged to 6th Night.
I took two years to finish mine, and it was a heck of a battle at times. I fought constantly with the DP's meditation requirement, and I didn't know what to write for a hell of a lot of it. Plus, I'd never been in touch with a Patron power of any sort, so my direction was somewhat lacking. And I was in school, working, practicing and traveling with a varsity athletic team, and making the 400 mile drive to Chicago every few weeks. It was quite a bit to work on.
But I just kind of dove in and did it. *shrugs* it worked well, and what more about that can I say?
Right now, I'm getting ready to start on the new requirements so I can help people with them. I'm waiting for the booklet to come out, and I'm expecting (hoping, rather) to see it next week. We'll see about that. But between ADF-Dedicants, me, and your Grove, there are plenty of people to ask questions of.
My email addy is also on that webpage, so feel free to email if you have specific questions, too.
Um, go get 'em? :) Seriously, let me know if there's *anything* I can do to help.
